THE FOLLOWING METERS APPEAR TO BE { LEAKING STOPPED OVER-READ NOT READ

Examine and Report to this Office at once their condition.

I am anxious to have 2 inch Main brought from Mr Joe Armstrong residence_ on smith Lipscomb same 100 feet to my new house main building on lot 8 Block 14 Belleview Hill Add- I have had the plumbing work brought to Bath room & Kitchen & work to made 1st April_ Mr. Lehane Chairman Water Works Com [write?] from [Tyler?] that he [upon?] the matter to you Mr. Hawley says it will cost 20cts a foot. I there is [?] [?] house starting 2 lots south of me. Mr. Calhoun I trust you would give this matter your attention at once.
