We, your Committee on Finance recommend That the City Secretary be instructed to issue warrant in favor of WB Harrison City Treasurer in payment of November Interest on City bonds amounting to $5420.00 together with exchange on New York 13.55 and that the City Auditor file voucher for same with said City Secretary
