not demand my entire time during wach day and therefor desire to say that in addition to the regular duties of Judge I am willing ot devote my spare time to an orderly and proper codification of Your laws, so that it may easily be Known what your ordinances are upon any and all subjcts and what proers your city council and court have over any contemplated on completed action, and that shall be done by me without expense to the city.
