President. She shall keep on file all communications received and all business letters sent.
Section 5. (1951) The Recording Secretary shall keep full and accurate records of the work and meetings of the Club and of all the meetings of the Board of Directors. She shall notify special committees of their appointments, and prepare for each meeting a copy of the minutes for the use of the President.
Section 6. (1951) The Treasurer shall receive all Club monies. She shall handle two accounts, one to be designated "General Fund", and the other "Welfare Fund." All monies received from projects, proeceeds of which are designated for charitable purposes, shall be deposited in the Welfare Fund to be used for Welfare purposes. All other monies shall be deposited in the General Fund to be used to defray operating expenses of the Club. The Treasurer shall pay bills only upon receipt of vouchers approved by the President, keep itemized double entry records of each meeting of the Board of Directors a written report at each meeting of the Board of Directors and to the Club at the regular meeting each month, and make a summarized yearly report. These reports shall be attested by a Certified Public Accountant.
Section 7. (1951) In the absence of any chairman of a voting committee, her co-chairman shall attend the Board of Directors meeting and shall have the privilege of voting and making motions.

ARTICLE IV---Board of Directors and Executive Council
Section 1. (Amended 1948) The Board of Directors shall consist of the President, Vice-President, Corresponding Secretary, Recording Secretary, Treasurer, the President of the Senior organization, the Sponsors and the chairmen and division Chairmen of departments and Standing Committees.
Section 2. The Board of Directors shall not have authority to dispose of the monies left in the Junior Organization Treasury without a two-thirds vote of the Board.
Section 3. The President may fill vacancies among the Board of Directors and among Executive Council.
Section 4. (Amended 1948) One-third of the members of the Board of Directors shall constitute a quorum.
Section 5. The Executive Council shall consist of officers, sponsors, President of the Senior organization, and shall be subject to the call of the President.
