BY-LAWS
RULES OF ORDER
ARTICLE I
Section 1. The name of this organization shall be Department of Junior Club Women of the Tallahassee Woman's Club.
Section 2. The organization shall use Robert's Rules of Order.

ARTICLE II--Officers
Section 1. (Amended 1951) The officers of this organization shall be a President, First Vice-President, Second Vice-President, Corresponding Secretary, Recording Secretary, and Treasurer, each of whose term of office shall be one year. The president and both the Vice-Presidents shall not serve more than two terms conseutively.
Section 2. The terms of the Chairmen of Departments and Committees shall termiante with the administration of the President who appointed them.
Section 3. (1948) A member must have been in the club for at least one year to be eligible to hold office.
Section 4. (1948) No member shall hold more than one office at any one time.

ARTICLE III-Duties of Officers
Section 1. (1951) The President shall preside at all meetings of the Club and of the Board of Directors. She may install the newly elected officers at the close of her administration; by virtue of her office she shall be eligible to attend all Board Meetings of the Tallahassee Woman's Club; she shall be a delegate to all conventions, and a member Ex-Officio, of all committees.
Section 2. (1951) The First Vice-President shall assist the President and preside at all meetings in her absence, shall serve as Program Chairman, shall be a member of the Membership committee, and shall conduct the orientation class for new members.
Section 3. (1951) The Second Vice-President shall be the Director of all Club projects. She shall serve as a member of the Ways and Means committee.
Section 4. (1951) The Corresponding Secretary shall conduct the correspondence of the club at the direction of the
