Dec. 9th Minutes of Club Council
The Council of the Woman's Club
met at the home of Mrs Shackleford
on Wednesday morning Jan. 12th
Present, Mrs Cay, Mrs [Holluway?] [crossed out], Mrs Diamond
Mrs G. E. Lewis [crossed out], Mrs Dawkins, Mrs Grenshaw
Mrs [Felkil?] & Mrs Shackleford.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved
Mrs Diamond handed in the assignations
of mesdames Williams, [Giershbing?] & Mrs [Apte?],
[matim?] to accept some with -regrets- seconded
and carried. Lyceum Com. reported in
[Lunk?] $172.50 with bill of $25.00 unpaid for
use of Opera House and some [?] all debts
yet unpaid
Treas. Treasurers reported $27.42 in general fund
and $24.00 to Club House acct. in bank
The Treasurer was directid to draw a check
in favor of M. Chas. Cay for $24.50 to
repay him for money [borrowed?] Club
Wayne Sy. Wayne Synan reports no new work
done.
Civic, Civic Com. made no report, but was
directed to have several photos taken of
the appearance of [Bunkrard?] Park made
before work was begun on it.
Mrs [Felkel?] as Com. Sec. reported interestingly
on the Federation Convention. [Thindergarten?] Com
Thindergarten reported it was in need of money in some
small Xmas expenses. Miss Tatum & Mrs
Delynski were appointed to visit parents with
[bilse?] h some
Club House Chairman of Club Com. was
directed to deliver news monthly from
Mr Bunn for use of Garrarge and
Mr Aldenbury for black smith - [ukup?].
