Oct. 13th. Minutes of Club Council
Council met at Mrs. Shacklefords.
Account of Treasurer read by Mrs.
Shackleford.
Club Lot. The deed for Womans Club lot was
rec'd. from Mr. W. C. Lewis and a check
[tick in margin] for $1008, given to him in return.
Amount left in Savings Bank 37 cts.
In National Bank $3.82.
Querry? Have our Fed. dues and our
scholarship dues been paid?
Lyceum. Report of Lyceum Committee- Gross
Receipts $432, Expenses $238.50. Amount
in Bank, $211.50.
Nominating Nominating Committee reports the
Com. ticket made up for the coming year,
with exception of Treasurer'
Querry, Concerning the row of trees
along east side of Cemetary which
need replanting, referred to Mrs.
Felkel, chairman of Civics Committee.
Demonstration Mrs. Shackleford reports on Demonstration
Fair. Fair, that we have from Mr. W. E. Lewis
the use of the Bloxham Hotel for the
exhibition. Sub Committees at work in
each department. Day appointed 29th.
of Nov. to continue till [marked through] from Monday
till Saturday. Moved & carried that we
borrow from Lyceum account sufficient
for present necessities.
From new members [posponed?] for election,
Mrs. [Gruny?] [propined?] by Mrs. Aaron Levy
