Trustees _ May 6. 1861.

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on Monday, May 6^th A D 1861, at 10 o'clock Am.

There were present the President, Messrs Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Nazro, Rand and Tobey, = 7.

The record of the last meeting was read, also the marginal abstracts of the previous meetings in April.

The Chairman of the Committee appointed to examine the Superintendent's accounts stated that the examination was progressing, but that the Committee were not yet able to report.

Upon petition of the parties in interest, the following persons were severally designated to represent the lots of deceased proprietors in connection with which they are named.
