The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held on
There were present the President, Messrs
Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Nazro, Rand and
Tobey, = 7.
The record of the last meeting was read, also the
marginal abstracts of the previous meetings in April.
Comee on Supts a/cs report progress _
The Chairman of the Committee appointed to examine
the Superintendent's accounts stated that the examina-
tion was progressing, but that the Committee were not
yet able to report.
Representatives designated to
Upon petition of the parties in interest, the following
persons were severally designated to represent the lots
of deceased proprietors in connection with which they are
named.
Edward C. Walker of Roxbury, son of the late
Samuel Walker, proprietor of lot numbered
120, to represent said lot: _
Isaac Scholfield of Boston, son of Grace Scholfield,
deceased, late proprietor of lot no. 475. to represent said
lot: _
Chauncy Smith, of Cambridge, son-in law of Mrs
Josiah N. Marshall, deceased, late proprietor of lot
