Hon. Otis Norcross

Dear Sir,

Two years ago last Autumn the Trustees appropriated $2350 for preparing, completing and delivering the Catalogue and plan of the Cemetery.

There has been expended of the appropriation fifteen hundred and forty two dollars & ninety cents $1542.90 leaving a balance of $807.10 -

There is yet to be rendered a small bill - not exceeding $15. I think for^additional work by binder on same: and I submit to you the accompanying bill, being entirely for moneys paid out by me, and none (379.27) of which I have received back. I have withheld the bill until the catalogue was completed and delivered, although it had required much more time than was originally supposed. -

By another memorandum you will see that my sales of maps up to January, and moneys recd for advertising on the cover^of catalogue will more than pay my bill.

If there is anything which you wish to understand more fully, I will explain. If convenient, will you please call at the rooms tomorrow say from 10 to 12 o'clock. The Treasr wishes my [a/c?].

Very Respy yours,

A. J. Coolidge

P.S. I also send papers in case of Richardson + Adams.

Mr W.H. Richardson

Dear Sir,

I fear you are only using the fact stated by the Com. on Lots that your version of the controversy respecting lots 3431 & 3432 in the Cemetery & the Superintendent's are contradictory and irreconcileable, and ^their calling upon you to agree upon the facts, for gaining time, I think you have abused my patience in offering to lay the matter before the Committee on Lots.

I must now say that unless you can, without further delay, get a decision from the Committee, I shall be obliged to commence suit against you. -

Yours Respectfully

A. J. Coolidge

Dr. E. F. Whitman

Dear Sir: -

The Superintendent has returned the bill against you with deduction for error of $20.00 which, with the diminution of interest charged, saves you $22.20. The amount due now and interest stand $204.55 instead of $226.75

This is what we shall expect you to provide for.

Your immediate attention will oblige.

Yours most Respectfully A.J. Coolidge
