Dear Sir,
I fear you are
only using the fact stated by the Com.
on Lots that your version of the con-
troversy respecting lots 3431 & 3432
in the Cemetery & the Superintendent's are
contradictory and irreconcileable, and
^their calling upon you to agree upon the facts,
for gaining time, I think you have
abused my patience in offering to lay
the matter before the Committee on Lots.
I must now say that unless you
can, without further delay, get a de-
cision from the Committee, I shall be
obliged to commence suit against
you. -
Yours Respectfully

Dear Sir: -
The Superintendent has
returned the bill against you with deduc-
tion for error of $20.00 which, with the dim-
inution of interest charged, saves you
$22.20. The amount due now and
interest stand $204.55 instead of $226.75
This is what we shall expect you
to provide for.
Your immediate attention
will oblige.
Yours most Respectfully
A.J. Coolidge
