For the sake of setting a few things right for my catalogue as well getting the some deeds out of the way & settling accts. I will you would give me this week or quite early next the following.

The actual measurement & contents of lots 3012 & 3737 on Oxalis P. (Bourne). I think you will have to make a new sketch, or alter the old one so as to show the measures of the orig. tomb lot 3012^[its?] addition on Myrtle & lot 3737, after correcting distances from path to back side.

Removal of Lot 2288 ref to Com. on Lots _

of the lot belonging to the estate of the late Luther Goodenow. No. 2288 Spruce Avenue, which is surrounded on three sides by land proposed to be taken for the new Public Lot, be referred to the Committee on Lots with full power. _

Seth Pettee designated to represent Lots {661 1080 _ Mace Tisdale's _

The Secretary stated that he had made application to Mr Seth Pettee, of Boston, who is sole executor and Trustee under the will of Mace Tisdale, late proprietor of lots 661 and 1080, requesting his consent to be designated as the representative of said lot, as the legal control of Mr Tisdale's entire property is vested in him: that Mr Tisdale made a contract with this Corporation for the perpetual care of said lot and the grounds appurtenant; and that, at Mr Tisdale's request, the Trustees directed to be entered upon the record of Donations for the care of Lots his expressed wish that, after the interment of the boies of three persons named in said paper, no other interments should ever be made in said lot: _

that Mr Pettee was very desirous that John Tisdale Bradlee, grandson of Mr Tisdale should represent said lot, and that Mr Bradlee is stated by Mr Pettee to be willing to be so designated.

It appearing to be the opinion of the Trustees that the person who has the entire management of Mr Tisdale's estate is the only proper one, it was

Voted on motion by Mr Read,

That Seth Pettee be designated to represent said lot. _

this question be taken by yea and nay, _ which was adopted. _

The vote being then taken on the main question, the proposition was adopted by a unanimous vote, _ Messsrs Andrews, Bigelow, Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Nazro, Rand and Sleeper voting yea.

Amendt of motion to take Gravel from Laurel Hill -

On motion of Mr Andrews,

Voted to amend the motion submitted at the last meeting authorizing the Superintendent to take gravel from Laurel Hill, so that the same shall be done "under the direction of the Committee on Grounds."

main question as amended, adopted _

On motion of Mr Nazro,

The vote on the main question was ordered to be taken by yea and nay, _ on which

Messrs Andrews, Bigelow, Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Read and Sleeper voted yea,

and Mr Nazro " [voted] nay.

and the order was declared to be adopted.

new Public Lot called the St. Matthew Lot _

On motion by Dr. Bigelow,

Voted that the new public lot lately completed, and situated between Spruce Avenue and the westerly line of the Cemetery, and opposite to land embraced between Snowdrop and Anemone paths be called

the "Saint Matthew Lot".

St Matthew Lot to be laid out _

Voted that that the laying out of the St. Matthew Lot in proper order be referred to the Committee on Grounds, with full power. _

Proprietors who have neglected to have bounds set to their lots to be again addressed _

Voted that the Secretary be authorized again to address the proprietors who have neglected to have bounds set to their lots, requesting their immediate attention to the matter.
