St Matthew Lot to be laid out _

Voted that that the laying out of the St.
Matthew Lot in proper order be referred to the
Committee on Grounds, with full power. _

Proprietors who have neglected to have bounds set to their lots to be again addressed _

Voted that the Secretary be authorized again
to address the proprietors who have neglected to
have bounds set to their lots, requesting their
immediate attention to the matter.

Trustees _ April 6. 1863 no quorum

Monday April 6. 1863.

At 10 o'clock A. M., the regular hour for the meeting
of the Board of Trustees, there were in attendance
Mesrs Austin, Cheever, Curtis and Nazro, who
not constituting a quorum, adjourned to the next reg-
ular meeting.

held on Monday, May 4^th at 10 o'clock a.m. _

There were present Messrs Austin, Cheever, Crocker,

Mr Nazro was chosen chairman pro tempore.
