March 9,1919.
The meeting was called to order by chairman Chang at 5 P.M. For the first time in the history of our club, we are honored by the presence of charming young ladies, namely, Misses F. & M. Tong and L. Mei, who remained during the meeting.
Election of officers for the Spring Quarter, 1919 were held. The following officers were elected by the majority vote.
President.................................Mr. S.S. Lee, '22 English Secretary......................Mr. W.C. Meh, '21 Chinese Secretary & Treasurer...Mr. B.L. Chen, '22
All new officers were immediately inaugurated into their respective offices after election.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 P.M.

As a result of this rule, Mr. J.G.C. Mei, who strongly opposed to it, has announced his withdrawal from membership of this club because the majority passed it in spite of his objection.

5:10 P.M. Regular Meeting May 9, 1919.
Meeting was called to order at 4:30 P.M. Discussion of patriotic duty followed. It was agreed that Chairman Lee should go to Berkeley to seek the co-operation of U.C. club to undertake in some patriotic movement. No motions were made during the meeting and action toward the patriotic movements is pending Mr. Lee's interview with the U.C. club.

2:50 P.M. Regular Meeting June 12,1919
Meeting was called to order by President Lee, with Mr. Hall absent.
M.S.C. That the present executive officers of the club shall remain in their respective offices during the Summer Quarter.
M.S.C. That the following amendment be made to Art. IV of the Constitution:- Hereafter, the election of officers shall be held at the first meeting of the quarter instead of at the end of the quarter.
M.S.C. That the President shall assume the position of the councilman to the C.S.A. for the remaining of the college year.
M.S.C. That the President shall appoint a present member of the club at the beginning of each quarter to investigate the scholastic records of members and to fix the amount of fine or awards according to the rule made in the meeting of April 1, 1919.

Discussions:- The following discussions took place, but without definite decision:-
(1). The continuation of the money-raising campaign during this quarter. (2). Amendments to the present constitution. (3). Enforcement of the club scholastic ruling, enacted April 1,1919. (4). Increasing the club dues.

Special Meeting to discuss the question of the Club House Meeting began at 8:00 P.M.
Number of members present Presiding official - C.K. Chan, pres.
The general plan as recommended by president was adopted. Three committees were formed to take care different parts of work of our contemplated club-house. There are business, financial and construction committee. For detail, refer to the copy of plan on file.
