The meeting of the Club was called
to order at 8 P.M. at the Club House
which was remodeled at the close
of the Spring Quarter.

Acting-chairman Sam Chew
presided & the following members
being present:—

Messers. H. Wu, W.C. Meh,
H.L. Hsu, K.T. Young, N.Y. Yue
& A.F. Chuck.

The minutes of the last meeting
was read by W.C. Meh, acting
Secretary; the minutes being duly
approved.

(1) Financial report showed a
balance of $1640.00 balance in the bank.

(2) By-laws of the Corporation
were read by the acting chairman.

(3) Report of Treasurer Wu showed
a balance of $7.09

(4) Election of officers for the Autumn Quarter resulted in :—

(a) President and House Manager - W.C. Meh.
(b) English Secretary - A.F. Chuck.
(c) Chinese Sec'y and Treasurer - K.T. Young.
(d) Representative to the Western Section
of the Chinese Students' Alliance
