Upon the petition of Josiah Stedman executor to the will of Lemuel Shattuck deceased, late proprietor of lot numbered 1340, Mrs Clarrisa B Shattuck of Boston the widow of said deceased was designated to represent said lot.
Lot 1436 _
Upon the petition of Alanson Bigelow executor and Trustee under the will of Isaiah Bangs deceased, late proprietor of lot num-bered 1436, Mrs Deborah K Bangs of Cambridge widow of the said deceased was designated to represent said lot.
Lot 1901 _
Upon the petition of the widow and daughter of Chester Daniell late proprietor of lot numbered 1901, Henry W. Daniell only son of said Chester was designated to represent said lot.

Voted that the subject be referred back to the same committee, with instructions to employ one or more competent engineers, to furnish specifications of the whole work, and to obtain estimates thereon, and report the same to this board, at a meeting to be called by the Committee. _
Conference with Hort. Soc. as to apportion % of Expense of Fountains, &c
Upon Motion by Mr Crocker _
Voted that the committee be empowered to confer with the Horticultural Society with a view to obtain their cooperation in the construction of fountains &c. in the Cemetery.
Lots 1435 & 1436 _ Perpetual Repair of _
The Committee on Lots reported that they had contracted, subject to the ratification of this board, for the per-petual care of lots 1435 & 1436 owned by Thaddeus B. Bigelow, and the heirs of Isaiah Bangs, for the sum of $300. ~ each.
Voted that said contract be hereby confirmed.
The meeting was then adjourned to the call of the Committee as above stated.

After discussion it was
Voted, – that the Secretary be instructed to request Mr J. Homer Cheney, if desirous of appointment as representative of Lot 829, lately owned by his deceased father, to present a petition therefor to the Trustees.

A statement of the sales of Lots from April 9t, 1873, to date, so far as approved by the Committee on Lots, having been submitted and read by the Secretary, it was
Voted, – that said statement be accepted and placed on file.
