Upon motion by Mr Tobey

referred back to Comee with instructions _

Voted that the subject
be referred back to the same committee,
with instructions to employ one or more
competent engineers, to furnish specifications
of the whole work, and to obtain estimates
thereon, and report the same to this
board, at a meeting to be called by the
Committee. _

Conference with Hort. Soc. as to apportion % of Expense of Fountains, &c

Upon Motion by Mr Crocker _

Voted that the committee be
empowered to confer with the Horticul-
tural Society
with a view to obtain their
cooperation in the construction of
fountains &c. in the Cemetery.

Lots 1435 & 1436 _ Perpetual Repair of _

The Committee on Lots reported
that they had contracted, subject to the
ratification of this board, for the per-
-petual care of lots 1435 & 1436 owned by
Thaddeus B. Bigelow, and the heirs of
Isaiah Bangs, for the sum of $300. ~ each.

Voted that said contract be
hereby confirmed.

The meeting was then adjourned
to the call of the Committee as above stated.
