Nathan Blanchard Esqr Exor Estate of Benj. Fiske,

Dear Sir,

At the request of Mr B. Fiske, I have caused a report to be made upon lot no 203 in our Cemetery belonging to the late Mr Fiske's estate, and have obtained the estimate of the Comee on Lots for what sum the Corporation will guarantee the perpetual repair of said lot, - which is $500. -

You will understand, of course, this does not prevent the heirs from paying [to?] the amt. named in the will, without requiring the guaranty, if they prefer to take that course. In the one case the repair fund alone is held responsible; in the other the whole property of the Corporation, if the particular fund fails.

Very respy,

A.J. Coolidge, Sec.y

Messrs Israel Whitney Emory Washburn D.B. Lombard Exors

Very respy Your Obt Servt

A. J. Coolidge Sec.y
