Contracts for perp. Rep. with G. of Lots 139 & 170
to heirs of Israel Whitney, deceased, for Five hundred dollars,
in addition to One hundred and fifty dollars paid for
immediate repairs; and of Lot 170 on Laurel Avenue,
(including the "Ornamental Ground" appurtenant thereto.)
belonging to Samuel P. Langmaid, for the sum of Five
hundred dollars; it was
Voted, – that the contracts aforesaid be severally con-
curred in by this Board.
Upon the petitions of the parties in interest re-
