Sale of Land

Voted. That the committee on Lots have the power to dispose by exchange or ^otherwise of the land called Haymer Meadow & that the President of the Corporation be authorized to execute the deed - the disposal to be made either for money, or any other compensation which they may deem proper -

New Lots.

Voted. That the Committee on lots cause to be laid out 100 lots in the Cemetery & give public notice that either of them may be taken at 80$ before the 1st of June next & after that day the price of all lots should be not less than 100.$

Trustees

Pursuant to notice issued by the Secretary the Trustees of the proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn met at the office of the Secretary at Present Messrs Bigelow, Parker, Read, Gould Crocket & C. P. Curtis.

Mr Gould was chosen chairman & in the abscence of the Secretary C.P. Curtis was chosen Secy pro. teme

Treasurers Report

The Treasurers report was presented and read thencefore Voted. To accept the same & that the Secy. lay it before the Corporation at its next annual meeting.
