Sale of Land

Voted. That the committee on Lots have the power to dispose by exchange or ^^{otherwise of} the land called Haymer Meadow & that the President of the Corporation be authorized to execute the deed - the disposal to be made either for money, or any other compensation which they may deem proper -

New Lots.

Voted. That the Committee on lots cause to be laid out 100 lots in the Cemetery & give public notice that either of them may be taken at 80$ before the 1^st of June next & after that day the price of all lots should be not less than 100.$

Trustees

Pursuant to notice issued by the Secretary the Trustees of the proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn met at the office of the Secretary at 4 oclock P.M. on friday Feb^y 2.^d 1844 Present Mess^rs Bigelow, Parker, Read, Gould Crocket & C. P. Curtis.

Mr Gould was chosen chairman & in the abscence of the Secretary C.P. Curtis was chosen Sec^y pro. tem^e

Treasurers Report

The Treasurers report was presented and read thencefore Voted. To accept the same & that the Sec^y. lay it before the Corporation at its next annual meeting.
