Sale of Land
Voted. That the committee on Lots have the power
to dispose by exchange or ^otherwise of the land called Hay-
mer Meadow & that the President of the Corpora-
tion be authorized to execute the deed - the disposal
to be made either for money, or any other compensa-
tion which they may deem proper -
New Lots.
Voted. That the Committee on lots cause to be
laid out 100 lots in the Cemetery & give pub-
lic notice that either of them may be taken at 80$
before the 1st of June next & after that day the
price of all lots should be not less than 100.$

Trustees of the proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount
Auburn met at the office of the Secretary at
Present Messrs Bigelow, Parker, Read, Gould
Crocket & C. P. Curtis.
Mr Gould was chosen chairman & in the abscence
of the Secretary C.P. Curtis was chosen Secy pro. teme
Treasurers Report
The Treasurers report was presented and read thencefore
Voted. To accept the same & that the Secy. lay it
before the Corporation at its next annual
meeting.
