[H 587] OFFICE OF Massachusetts Woman Suffrage Association, 3 PARK STREET,

Boston, January 10, 1891

Dear Friend

As you will see by the enclosed announcement: the approaching annual meeting of our State Association is to be made the occasion for celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Worcester Woman's Rights Convention of 1850. We expect a number of well-known + prominent advocates of our cause from other States, whose expenses must be paid, and shall hold our evening sessions in the Tremont Temple, consequently our expenses will necessarily be heavier than usual, and it is of the utmost importance,

1st, that our friends who are non members should send in their membership fees promptly or, if they expect to attend the meetings, and it will be more convenient, pay there.
