Wm Brigham Esqr Exor A.W. Fuller
Dear Sir,
Will you as Exor please take notice that lots nos. 1 + 1556 (H.H. + A.W. Fuller) in the Cemetery require atten-- tion which the funds at the disposal of this Corporation will not allow. There are but $200 in each case and no guaranty was given for complete and perpetual repair. The Comee on Lots have directed me to say that the Corporation have kept the lots in order to the extent of the income, but there are certain defects in the curbing or fence & which ought to be remedied before further more exten-- sive repairs are made. Capt Win-- sor, our Supt can acquaint you with the nature of them. I have also written Mr. Jona. Howe, as am of the Exor of H. H. F.
Yours very respy.

Jona. Howe Esqr Exor
Dear Sir,
Will you, as Exor, please take notice, or notify Miss. Mary B. S. Fuller, if she is the proper person, that the Committee on Lots have for two successive years reported that Lot 1|lots nos. 1 ]]& 1556 (H. H. & A. W. Fuller), in the Cemetery require attention which this Corporation is unable to meet from the funds in their hands --being but 200 on each lot. You know that the Corporation is not liable for perpetual care - nor present care beyond the income of the funds these not being among the guaranteed lots.
Capt Winsor, Supt can inform you what is needed. --
I have notified Mr Wm Brigham also. --
Very Respy yours
A. J. Coolidge Sec.y
