1864-12-31 Trustee Committee on Lots: Semi-Annual Visitation, 1831.036.017-003 - p1

In accordance with the By Laws of the Corporation, the
Committee on Lots have, - during the past year - twice examined
the Lots which the Trustees have undertaken to keep in repair
and Report: a list of which is annexed — and
Report: that they found the said lots, generally, in a
satisfactory condition. Where repairs were needed, the
Superintendent promptly attended to the suggestions of
the Committee. The Lots n^o 1 and 1556, (H, and A
Fuller, proprietors) reported last year as needing repair,
remain in same bad condition. The superintendent
states, that the sum allowed for repair of the "Dowse
Lots" - N^os 1809 and 1810 - is insufficient to keep them in
order.
