Hanover N.H. Sept. 28 18, 1925

A special meeting was called by the president at 3:30 P.M. today, at the Dartmouth Savings Bank Building, with N. A. Frost, A. D. Storrs, F. J. A. Neef, C. Morey and F. P. Lord present.

Voted on motion of F P Lord that the Dartmouth Cemetery Association of Hanover, N.H. authorize and instruct Claude Morey, Treasurer of said association, to assign Certificate No. 573 of the Hereford Railway Company, covering four (4) shares of the capital stock of the Hereford Railway Company, standing in the name of, and owned by, the said Dartmouth Cemetery Association, to the Maine Central Railroad.

A special meeting was called by the president at 3:30 P.M. today at the Dartmouth Savings Bank Building, with N. A. Frost, A. D. Storrs, F. J. A. Morey Neef, C. Morey and F. P. Lord present.

On motion of A. D. Storrs it was

Voted Mr. Claude Morey, Treasurer of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association be authorized and instructed to deposit certificate #0290 for three (3) shares

RECTO:

of Class C Preferred Stock of the Boston and Maine Railroad Company together with a check of $9.00, being 25% of the amount necessary to purchase 36/100, thirty-six one hundredths, of one share of Prior Preference seven percent stock in accordance with the reorganization plans of the said Boston and Maine Railroad Company, and that he be instructed to pay the balance up to $36.00 as it becomes due.

The meeting then adjourned.

A special meeting was called by the president at 2:45 P.M. today at the Dartmouth Savings Bank Building - N. A. Frost, G. D. Frost, A. D. Storrs, F. J. A. Neef and F. P. Lord, present.

Moved by Dr. Frost and voted that the S.E. corner of Lot #309 be sold to Perley R. Bugbee at the same price as the lot previously sold to him, and that the gravestone now in that lot be transferred, along with any remains that might be found, to the S.W. corner of this same lot, no. 309, and that the sale be subject to any legal claims that may arise in the future.
