Hanover Centre N.H. Sept. 15, 1897

1 The association met agreeable to the requirements of Article 4. of the Charter and voted and made choice of Eva M. Stander as Clerk Pro Tem. by the following vote

Eva M. Stander had	10

And Eva M. Stander was declared Elected. And took the oath of office as required by law.

2 On motion the following persons were accepted as members. Alvin W. Fitts. Henry L. Barnes. Arthur J. Barnes. John O. Gale Sarah W. Hurlbutt

3. On motion proceeded to ballot for President with the following result
