in the past and I am really greatful for your help and friendship. I know I have still a friend in you and that makes my stay here a little easier. I blew my top tonight with the Dept Supt Mr Butterworth I say many things to him I took my hurt and madness out on the Deputy when I was wrong I treated treaten him to come into my cell and fight when I know it was wrong.
