The Secretary at this point withdrew from the meeting, and

Mr John T. Bradlee was appointed Secretary pro tempore.

Report of Com^ee to consider expediency of continuing union of offices of Sec.y & Treas^r

The Committee which was chosen on the 15^th of March to consider the expediency of continuing the union of the offices of Treasurer and Secretary in one person and to report thereon to this Board, and also to report the name or names of a suitable person or persons for these offices _

Separation recommended _

through Mr Rand submitted their Report _ recommending the separation of the two offices, and the appointment of two persons to them.

In relation to the nomination of persons to fill the offices of Secretary and Treasurer, and Gatekeeper the Committee requested further time.
