The Committee which was chosen on the to consider the expediency of continuing the union
of the offices of Treasurer and Secretary in one person
and to report thereon to this Board, and also to
report the name or names of a suitable person or
persons for these offices _

Separation recommended _

through Mr Rand submitted their Report _
recommending the separation of the two offices, and
the appointment of two persons to them.

In relation to the nomination of persons to fill
the offices of Secretary and Treasurer, and Gate-
keeper the Committee requested further time.
