Trustees. .

Transfer of amounts from general funds to Repair Fund ordered.

A report was received from the chairman of the Committee on Finance to whom at the last meeting was referred the vote offered by Mr Snow respecting the transfer of certain amounts from the "general funds of the Corporation to the Repair Fund, recommending the passage of the vote so offered. And said vote having been read by the Secretary the same was unanimously

Adopted. [See p. 258.]

Monthly schedule of bills referred to President.

The usual file of monthly bills with accompanying schedule having been submitted by the Treasurer and the schedule read by the chairman, it was

Voted, – that said bills be referred to the President for his approval, and payment by the Treasurer if found correct.

Amendment of By-Laws. Renewal of Notice resp'y by Mr Snow

Mr Snow renewed his notice of intention to offer certain proposed amendments of the By-Laws.

Monthly Statement of Sales of Lots accepted & placed on file.

A statement of the Sales of Lots effected by the Superintendent from to , so far as approved by the Committee on Lots, having been submitted and read by the Secretary, it was

Voted, – that said statement be accepted and placed on file.

Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lots Nos 1507 & 4288.

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the perpetual repair of Lot No 1507 Snowdrop Path for the sum of Five hundred dollars; and of Lot No 4288, Palm Avenue for the sum of Two hundred and seventy-five dollars, it was

Voted, – that the aforesaid contracts be concurred in.
