C. Allen Browne Esq

Dear Sir

I think that two steps will be as much as you can put in at the entrance of your lot, thus grading your lot say 18 to 20 inches above the Avenue, which I hope will meet your wishes

Respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt

T.J. Humphrey Esq.

Dear Sir

I find that I cannot act in regard to your lot no. 918 without first laying the matter before the Trustees.

If you will make me a statement of your claims or wishes in writing, I shall be happy to lay the matter before them

Respectfully J.W.Lovering Supt

Mt Auburn .

S.T. Snow Esq Ch. Comm. on Lots.

Dear Sir

The owner of lot 918 Cedar Ave complains, that land in the rear of the lot purchased as Ornamental Ground had been used as a grave walk, & asks that the walk be removed & sod replaced.

This has already been our decision on the rights of the owners of Lots 918 & 1291, by the Trustees and I enclose the papers, as they seem to throw as much light on the whole case, as anything can.

Will you also consider whether it is not desirable to send out our circulars for care of lots next year earlier than usual?

Respectfully J.W. Lovering
