Trustees

Reports were received from the Committee on Lots
as follows:

Lots 1291 & 918, Report from Com. on Lots respecting removal of fence trees &c.

(a) In regard to the question of right between the proprietors
of Lots Nos 1291 on Ailanthus Path, and 918 on Cedar Avenue,
stating the facts, and recommending the adoption of the
following vote, – viz;

Vote

Voted, – that the Superintendent be and he hereby is
directed to request the proprietor of Lot No 918 to remove the
fence and trees from the addition purchased of the Corporation
on the; and if the request is not complied
with within sixty days after having been made, the Superin-
tendent
is further directed to perform the work at the ex-
pense of said proprietor.

Catacomb Tombs. Construction of reported "inexpedient".

(b) A Report, "inexpedient," in reference to the construction of
a Catacomb=Tomb as recommended by the Superintendent in his
communication of .

Reports accepted & vote adopted

Voted, – that the above Reports of the Committee on Lots be
accepted, and that the recommendations and vote therein
contained be adopted by this Board.

Asphaltum: Com. on Grounds to cons. & report on expedience of using for walks, &c.

Voted, – that the Committee on Grounds consider the expediency
of covering paths with asphaltum instead of gravel, wherever
it can be done without detriment to the growth of the trees or
shrubbery.

The Secretary having stated the the Committee on Lots
had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the perpetual repair
of one moiety of the Lot numbered 2979 on Oak Avenue, said
one moiety containing, (per Superintendent's Report), as now
