NOVEMBER, SATURDAY 26^th 1887.

We all worked in the
garden covering the cabbage
(that had been "set up" for
winter) with leaves, brush etc.
and also the celery, in very
much the same way. After
noon Eliza Green was here
for advice & medicine. After
supper I walked up to the
store for groceries etc. Edwd
going with me. after which
he spent the evening "next
door" again.

NOVEMBER, SUNDAY 27^th 1887.

Willie came home before
breakfast, Dora went
down to the "little meeting"
to hear Caroline Talbot.
I paid Willie for the material
for a pair of pantaloons
his mother had made up
for him and he thought they
were too large for him. Bro
R called on way to meeting
& left my gloves, that I left
at Thos Lea's on Friday. After
noon Dora & Willie went to Church
"Brighton". Willie went
on to Elton (having led the
mare behind the buggy that
far & Dora brought Alice Pierce
home with her before supper.
Jacob Luck was here again
for advice & medicine
"After supper Edwd and I
walked up to the store and
mailed letters to Charley
from myself & one to Ellie
