NOVEMBER, WEDNESDAY 16th 1887.

Beautiful day. Bro Joseph
& Lizzie called for an hour
or two Bro J having copied for
me a complete "Geniological
chart & record. Alice &
Fanny Peirce came to make
Dora a visit. I drove down
to Robt Blair's before dinner
calling at S.S. store where two
Post Office inspectors were
"overhauling" the P.O. affairs.
Willie still husking corn &
"Phil & Frank" helping him.
Towards evening Willie went
to Dan Bank's & brought his
horse home with him, and
engaged Frank Snowden's
wagon & harness to go again
to Elton tomorrow for more
corn for the horses.

NOVEMBER, THURSDAY 17th 1887.

Geo: Fuller was here
for medicine for his wife before
I was up. Willie took
"Fritz" & Banks mare &
went to Frank Snowdens and
taking his wagon went to
Elton & brought home two
barrels of corn, reaching
home just at dark after
which he took the wagon home.
Philip T Stabler's team brought
us two cords of pine wood.
Alice & Fannie Peirce left
for home after breakfast &
Willie took them from Ashton
the rest of the way home
in the wagon.
