Salad Dressing

2 Eggs, 5 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt, little red pepper
1 teaspoon mustard; 3 tablespoon
flour. Beat these well
together. Then add 1/2 cup
Vinegar. let boil slowly.
Then add 1 cup milk
very slowly, so as not
to curdle. Make in
double boiler.
