Sunshine Cake

7 egg whites
5 egg yokes
1 cup sugar (sifted)
1 cp flour (sift 4 times)
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 " vanilla
1/2 cup hot water

Beat cream of tartar in
egg whites. Add last
sifted flour.
Bake 3/4 of an hour
