Catsup (Mrs. Jones)

1 gal tomato juice
2 tablespoon salt
2 " " mustard
1 pint vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar

Put 2 tablespoons ground
cinnamon + allspice
1 tablespoon black pepper
cloves + nutmeg in a
bag. and boil in
it. Boil 'till thick
and seal. add
cayenne pepper if
desired.
