Mock Angel Food Cake

Whites of 2 eggs;
Boil 1 cup sweet milk;
into this put 1 cup ful of
flour, 1 cup sugar, 3 level
teaspoons Baking powder and
pinch of salt (sift all this
together 4 times) then mix
with hot milk; last fold
in whites of eggs well beaten.
Flavor with teaspoon lemon
flavoring. Bake in moderate
oven.

Do not grease, but flour
pan or pans.
