Present. Joseph Royal Churchwarden, Francis Eppes, John Redford, Bowler Cocke, [Edw?] Booker, James Powel Cocke, & John Worsham.

Joseph Mayo and William Worsham Gentlemen take the Oath of Vestrymen for the parish

Present Joseph Mayo and William Worsham Gent.

Pursuant to an Act of Assembly of this Colony directing due manner of processioning of Lands &c the following precincts are lay'd out and directed to be processioned for the parish aforesaid viz. the Northside lower precinct from Turkey Island Creek up to four Mile Creek between White Oak Swamp and the River and that part of this parish for the Lower line between White Oak and Chiquohomony as high as Thomas Mathews plantation

Present the Reverend James Keith Joseph Pleasants and Stephen Woodson are appointed to See the processioning made [illegible] lower precinct on the Northside between the River and Swamp and John Cocke and Tho Watkins in the precinct back between the two Swamps and Four Mile Creek.

From Four Mile Creek to the River at the Mouth of Fields Creek all within the Main [illegible] to the River John Redford and Benjamin Burton are appointed to see processioned From Four Mile Creek Bridge above the Said Creek crossing Northerly as the said Creek tendeth to the head and thence Out to Thomas Mathews' thence up Chiquohomony Swamp to upland brook bridge, thence as the road tendeth to Rockets, thence to the Mouth of Fields Creek, thence to the place began at, by Joell Walker and James Lock[?] to be processioned

From upland brook bridge up the branch to the head, thence to John Walford's on Do. thence down the Said River to Tuckahoe Creek, thence as the Said Creektowa[rd?] the River, thence down the River to Rockets to be processioned by John Price and [illegible] Williamson.

From the Mouth of Ware run up to the River to the Mouth of Falling Creek thence up the Said Creek Opposite to Tullits Old plantation, thence across to Grills Old plantation on Swift Creek, thence down the Said Creek to the parish Line thence along the Said Line to Appomatox Road thence along the Said Road to the place began at to be processioned by Henry Vanderhood and Field Jefferson

From the Mouth of Falling Creek up the River to the Mouth of Powhite Creek thence up the Said Creek to Lucy's Spring thence Crossing to Lodwick Tanners on Swift Creek, thence Down the said Creek to Grills plantation thence across to Tulitts Old plantation thence down Falling Creek to the Mouth thereof to be processioned by Wharham Easly and Thomas Harris

From the Mouth of Powhite up the River to the parish Line thence along this parish Lines to the County Line thence along the County Line to Swift Creek thence down the Creek to Sedwick Tanners, thence to the Mouth of powhite Creek to be processioned by John James Flournoy and Frances Florenoy

From parish Line on the Southside Swift Creek along the Said Line to Appomatox River thence up the Said River to the Mouth of Middle Creek thence to Swift Creek as Straight a Course as may be Guessed to Robert Arshurst's plantation thence down the Said Creek to the place began at to be processioned by William Locket and Benjamin Locket Jun.

From the Mouth of Middle Creek on Appamatox River up the James to the County Line thence Along the Said Line to Swift Creek thence down the Said Creek to the Said Robert Arshurs[ts] plantation thence to the head of Middle Creek thence down the Said Creek to the place began at to be processioned by Edward Haskins and Creed Haskins.
