Walked into evening service
with Co & Flo.

MONDAY, 29
Fine day. After office
played cricket. sparred
with Alick in Gymnasium
& hurt one of my fingers badly.
Gov home at 9.30 p.m.

TUESDAY, 30
Fine day. played
cricket after office.
Gov. off to Chatham at
12.20 p.m. Home at 11 p.m.
when I met him in the cart.

Played cricket after
office. Brought Saunders
out to Thornwood. Played
croquet &c.

THURSDAY, JUNE 1
Hot day. Played cricket
after office. Mr Griffin
Mr & Mrs Ned Harris & Mrs
Wilson (Simcoe) out in
the afternoon & evening
playing croquet & to tea.

FRIDAY, 2
Hot day. After office
drove over to Col. Taylor's
& got a coker pup from
him - a good one. Coming
back met the gov. on his
return from St. Thomas.
Saunders to dinner. Young
Penny drowned [above?{illegible}
