Cold drive out there. Got a letter
from, & wrote a letter to, Alick.

WEDNESDAY, 11.
Clear with a bright sun but
very cold - lots of snow.
Office as usual. Mr Crawford
of Glasgow Scot. to dinner

THURSDAY, 12.
Fine day not too cold. Splendid
sleighing. Letter from Alick

and one from Nelson to me in
the morning.
Crawford to dinner again

Mild day & snow during the evening.
After office drove about the town
with
Hunt (U.C. Bank) then came
out home. Crawford again to dinner
Got Summonsvs Hargreaves absolute.

SATURDAY, 14.
Heavy snow storm with a stiff breeze
in the morning. Snow deep & in large drifts
but weather not too cold. Letters from
Fanty & Stewart - all well. Wrote to
Dick.

SUNDAY, 15.
Cathedral in the morning with
Flo. After Lunch started for
Aldboro. Slept at Iona. Very
good sleighing a little heavy
perhaps.
