The first Water lease To Samuel Brown & Benjamin Moffett Now owned by Edward Sanderson Date July 13th 1842

Quantity sufficient for one saw mill saw with the privilege of increasing for a "gang of saws" Wheel not less than 15 feet diameter with a velocity not greater than 4 feet per second Rent $100 pr an.-for one saw-

To Cicero Comstock assignee of the above Date July 27th-1844 Quantity 250 feet or sufficient for one saw with privilege for another saw, & for the "gang of saws'

Modified by agreement Date April 20th 1852 Quantity, sufficient for one saw & 2 Runs stones Rent $400 Other stipulations remain as above.
