The Seventh Water Lease.

To John T. Perkins Date, September 16th, 1843 Quantity 600 cubic feet per minute. Wheel not less than 14 feet diam. Velocity not greater than 4 feet pr second. Rent $50 for each 100 feet.

Assigned to Byron Kilbourn.

The preceeding leases are on the first printed form; the succeeding leases are on the new form, with a table for water gauging &c.

The Eighth Water Lease To Harvey Burehard Now owned by Hotchkiss & Humphry.X Date August 19th 1844 Quantity 800 cubic feet pr minute, as pr table, or sufficient for 4 runs of mill stones, with a velocity of not more than 165 revolutions per minute: Wheel not less than 15 ft diam; & not less than 15 feet length of buckets. Velocity not greater than 4 feet pr second. Rent $600 pr an.
