I have not learned
of your safe arrival home from
your recent trip to [Gildorn?], but
presume if you had not done
so, I should have learned the
fact from your family. I hope
you found all well on your
return. I enclose you herein
the plan upon which I propose
to organize the Empire Coal Co.
of Chicago & I trust it will meet
your approval as it has the funds
here. I also enclose you a
form of a certificate obtained
from Mess. Sturges & [Krinbark?]
the gentlemen who accompanied
us on our trip to the Marshfield
