Hannah the Master of the "Energy" was convicted in
the mitigated Penalty of £ 5 and s 26/ Costs to Crown viz
Third Class fare for Buckley } 1. 2. 0
from Liverpool and back
Subsistence returning " 4. 0

And Costs of Court which will be paid by Mr
Hannah. __
As the Boys Cloths are at Liverpool I gave him
s 15/ and sent him back by the 2/15 PM Train _viz_
s 11/ third Class fare
4/ Subsistence
and gave him a letter to Captn Ainby at the Sailors
Home with a request that he remain there till
directions are given as to his disposal.
