I beg to acquaint you that in like manner as Wm Danby
whose case I reported in my Letter on the 10th Ulto

Francis Smith
John Smith and
Robert Frankish
were each convicted as follows ----- viz
In double the value of

The Magistrates decided that each should be convicted

of punishment should be limited to £6 and it was opportuned
to each as above accordingly. -- John Shot is undergoing his
