With reference to my letter of the 31st July last accompanying
my Account of Wreck for the quarter ended 30 June preceding,
Herewith you will receive the receipt of Mr [Spilman] Woodhouse
for the sum of one guinea the amount of salvage in respect
of a Boat belonging to the vessel "Wyke Regis" shewn in
my copy of report Book at No 96.

The Collector and Receiver at Hull is informed in reply
to his letter that all expenses incurred by him in his office of
Receiver must be submitted to this Board for approval in accordance
with the General Order of the Commissioners No 179/1855

With Reference to your preceding directions, annexed
is an Account of expenses incurred by me when taking charge
of certain wreck at Bridlington Quay from the representative
of the late Receiver on the 27 [Oct] 1853 and in attending
a sale by auction thereof on the 11th June last amounting
together to £[1].12.0 in respect of which I will thank you to
more that the necessary certificate issue.
