on the subject of an anchor &c marked
"Queens" - I cannot allow you to
hold possession thereof without
a written authority from the owner
This point has been decided by the
Bd of Trade in a similar claim made
by Messrss Bramble- under rule 2
of the section you quote all goods
must be delivered to the Receiver

a declaration of George Williamson
the Salvor there of who positively
affirm that it is not the one
that belonged to the vessel "Jean & Jessie"
under those circumstances until
I have better proof -I cannot
allow the same to be sold or
delivered to you J S
