I got my information from the man that
is clearing the Rail Road and if the land
is as represented to be it is worth $50. pr acre
I am of the opinion that it includes part
of the land at Mr Hargees on the opposite
side of the canal from his house that you
looked at last spring Boyd said that I must
procure it if possible and directed me to write
you on the subject let me hear from you
