We have received your favors of the 23rd by William Clark with two hhds Tobacco, one of wch mark’d BG is refused and will be pick’d tomorrow, the other is good. and have got the inspectors receipt accordingly, now in our Custody. a note of which is at foot. We believe the Waggons must return empty, as there is nothing at this place for them.
